Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. Rosepix reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion. No changes can be made to your order once confirmed.

Pricing

Prices are fixed at the time of purchase. After placing an order, no flexibility in pricing will be offered. If there’s a pricing error, we will notify you immediately, and the order may be canceled or adjusted.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, Rosepix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs. Free returns are available within Dubai, but external locations will incur a return shipping fee.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in salable condition. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Free returns are applicable within Dubai; return shipping costs outside of Dubai will be deducted from the refund.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Rosepix cannot guarantee that products will be in stock after your order is placed. In case of an out-of-stock item, we will inform you and either offer a substitute or issue a refund.
