Returns Within 7 Days

You can return any item within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that it meets our return conditions outlined below. If the return is initiated after this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return, and no refund will be issued.


Conditions for Returns

For a product to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Must Be in Salable Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. This includes ensuring the product has not been opened, worn, or altered in any way.

  • Non-Salable Items: If an item has been used, opened, or is not in salable condition, we will not accept the return and will not provide a refund.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return and refund request.


Free Returns within Dubai Area

We offer free returns for customers located within Dubai. If you are returning a product within the Dubai area, we will cover all shipping costs, and no additional delivery charge will apply. To initiate a free return, simply follow the instructions on our Returns Portal or contact our customer service team.


Returns Outside Dubai Area

For customers located outside the Dubai area, please note that return shipping charges will apply. The cost of the return shipping will be equivalent to the original delivery charge, and it will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Return Shipping Cost: The return shipping fee will be calculated based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the item.

  • Refund Process: Once the return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund minus the applicable return shipping costs.


Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If you used other methods like PayPal, the refund will be processed through your PayPal account.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

If an item is marked as non-returnable on the product page, it is not eligible for return or refund.
